From the first draw of this aromatic acquired scent, one can only hope at first thought "if it gets better than this " id have to make this my go to cigar.... it got better, the unbelievable essence of what makes a cigar filled my thoughts that one has to make this their favorite I tried and also up to pair with the best moke I've ever dragged from this heavenly man made 9th wonder of the world cigar I've ever had...

This series of cigars sets a new level of sophistication and smoothness to this brand. A long but relaxing and smooth taste is lasting for over and hour and a half. The flavors are mild but consistent and the stick burns evenly and stays burning with a little attention. The draw is solid and the flavor is creamy with slight pepper and earthy notes. A medium stick that is great with a expersso in the morning or a well aged whiskey as an evening nightcap. Also a fine stick for any special occasion or a simply evening smoke to wind down. The box is well packaged but the sticks are this companies best rolled sticks. A pricey stick but well worth the price and like a fine wine will age well with slight care. Will buy again soon. Monti at its best!

First and foremost, thanks again to SCC. These Maduro 5s smoke as I remember them back in 2017, only better after 7 years. The Padron 1926 No. 1 Maduro has nothing on these Genius Maduro 5s, and that’s saying a lot.

Only 4 stars due to a slightly stubborn light and burn, but a very minor issue. Flavor profile is similar in spicy sweetness to my preferred Monte Cristos, but has a bit thicker, darker notes. Maybe molasses vs. honey. Great smoke when you don't have a long time or attention to give.

Yes, this is a very serious cigar. Great construction, light, burn throughout. Lots of rich, creamy smoke. The flavor profile is very different from my preferred Monte Cristo. More earthy, wood, hay, barnyard, with some sweet hints of molasses, coffee, cacao. I had to put it down for a break after the first inch or so. Very potent, I'm used to slightly milder cigars.

Received my last Cuban Cigars order as usual in perfect condition, tried the Wide Churchills straight out of the box as it is already aged (Mar 2018) and it is great. The subtle aroma, the draw and the rich flavors of the Wide Churchills were awesome. The 6 years age of the box really helped this cigar bring our the diversity of its flavors. It is my favorite cigar from what I have tried so far from RYJ lineup definitely much better than the famous classic Churchills. The 55 ring gauge makes it great to smoke and the retro hale is smooth. Recommended for any cigar enthusiasts. Thank you SCC for the great selection, quality and prices and thank you Lohanna for the great customer service as usual.
