Amazing cigar, Bolivars. This is my 1st box. The 1st cuban I smoked was around 1997, a cohiba. This is a hugely underrated brand and cigar. It's totally on par with cohiba and Trinidad the 2 flagship.habanos which I totally think are overpriced by the manufacturers. Bolivars especially the Gigantes are really a gem.

Despite seldom inconsistency in the box, this cigar is a keeper. This one spent a few long months in one of my humidors, and the result is delightful. The sea salt introduces itself with the first puff, however, those first couple of inches are inconsistent. Beyond the shaky start, it was a tasteful adventure with oak and macadamia swirling around in a milky cup of Darjeeling tea. As you start exiting the heart of this cigar, Islay whisky sea salt combined with oak takes you happily home.

After smoking the HDM Double Corona which I rated as 99, this comes a close 2nd with 98 When you spend a couple of hours enjoying such a good cigar you have to admire the well constructed stick and the craftsmanship behind it. Received my last shipment as usual in perfect condition and I let it rest for few weeks in the humidor before lighting it. This cigar took me back to the great old days of Cuban Cigar making, there is nothing I can criticise about it. Spent a couple of hours in pure enjoyment. If I was to score it it would be definitely a 99 score. The richness of flavours is incomparable, the aromas, the even burn, the construction and to top it all the smoothness of the retro hale is magnificent. I would recommend this cigar to all Aficionados of Cuban cigars.

This is the second box of Serie D No 4 that I have purchased from Swiss and they never disappoint. This is a very well made cigar with an even burn and prefect draw with lots of creamy smoke. Pairs beautifully with a single malt of your choice. This is Danny Devito's favourite cigar, and when you try one you'll find out why! I have enjoyed a lot of good Cuban cigars in my time ranging from the obvious brands like Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta with one of my favorites being the Partagas brand. It takes a lot to beat the RyJ extra wide Churchill but Ramone Allones do it for me every time. The smoke is plentiful with a fragrant earthiness making it a perfect post lunch cigar, although I am happy to have this as a daily go too at anytime of the day.
