All good cigars well packed and protected Thank you so much!!! I have ordered a total of 40 cigars in 7 different products. I didn't have the chance to enjoy them yet. But they are packed very well, each product is vacuum sealed, some product with small Humidity Control Pack inside. ***Note for customers in US*** The shipment was delayed for custom clearance in NYC and I have to product support document with DHL and pay duty tax. Unfortunately that's due to new tariff US imposed on products from Switzerland. Has nothing to do with shipper. Email communication with customer support is always replied in hours. I even called customer support and she replied me very well, which is regarding the new situation related to custom clearance questions.
