The Magnum 54 is compact and well-built, with a rusty brown wrapping and a classy rounded cap.
The pre-draw on this Magnum is excellent and stands out in any fully stocked cigar store - you can’t help but continually inhale the earthy aromas before smoking. You’ll notice traces of candied, spicy undertones that pair perfectly with the dense and rich wood and earth notes.
The first third gives off a rounded, creamy flavor, with roasted coffee and oaky undertones. Throughout the middle section, you’ll notice a heavier, mossy tone that finally gives way to an infusion of spices and sweetness at the end.

Kudos to Swiss Cuban I ordered a box of Cuban Upmann magnums and from that point through to the delivery nine days later, Swiss Cuban kept me up to date on shipping locations. When the cigars arrived, they were perfectly humidified in a sealed container and the box was stamped 2017, as promised. After giving the cigars two weeks to settle down in my humidor, this weekend I smoked one and it was perfect.
