Vegas Robaina Don Alejandro Overview
The Vegas Robaina brand was launched in 1997 as an homage to Don Alejandro Robaina, one of the most influential of all of Cuba's tobacco growers. The Robaina family has been at the heart of Cuba's tobacco farming since 1845. The brand is often overshadowed by more famous brands, such as Cohiba, Partagas, and Montecristo, yet Vegas Robaina cigars offer compelling Cuban cigar experiences that rank amongst the world's best. Named in honor of the master tobacco grower himself, the Vegas Robaina Don Alejandro is a tantalizing 7 5/8" x 49 Double Corona crafted of the Vuelta Abajo tobaccos Don Alejandro held so dear.

Maybe my favourite ever cigar! As soon as I opened the box the smell that hit me was beautiful! I couldn't resist smoking one straight away, perfect draw and burn, started off with a spice but after 1st third that mellowed down and became more complex. Words don't do justice to this cigar, I'll be saving this box for very special occasions! Lasted for around 2hr 15 minAs soon as I opened the box the smell that hit me was beautiful! Great Smoke! I happened upon these cigars while shopping on Swiss Cuban. I didn’t even know they existed. But, since I’m a big fan of Cuban double coronas, I thought I would give them a try. They are really good! They start off a little slow, then the flavor builds and becomes more spicy and complex. I wouldn’t say they are better or worse than the other, more popular Cuban double coronas; just different. Strongly recommended for those who enjoy a nice, long, medium-strength cigar.I happened upon these cigars while shopping on Swiss Cuban. I didn’t even know they existed.
