Smoking a Ramon Allones Specially Selected
The pre-draw is redolent of sweet hay and cedar. The first third is surprisingly lively, with a medium body strength right off the bat and pepper in the nose and tongue.
The second third opens briskly, strengthening the complex flavors with deeper notes of leather and earth, which builds to tangs of sophisticated marzipan and mouth-watering black cherry.
The final third finishes strong, remaining peppery and spicy until the end.

With an incredibly complex character, the Ramon Allones Specially Selected cigars are surprisingly elegant, belying the Allones’ reputation for producing finely crafted, robust cigars.
Ramon Allones Specially Selected Overview
The Specially Selected from Ramon Allones is a Robusto that’s almost 5” long with a ring gauge of 50, so it’s quite stout. It comes in a cab of 25, is wrapped in a gorgeous milk-chocolatey brown wrapper with few veins, a slightly oily sheen, and a little springy give when you squeeze it.

Hard to get better than a Cabinet of 50! Love the RASS and could resist a cabinet of 50 at such an affordable price. Arrived once again in perfect condition from Swiss Cuban, Box code Oct 22 and seal checked out on Habanos Authenticator. The real test of course is in the flavour, very enjoyable smoke with good burn and construction, turned out such a favourite with my mate Steve (pictured) we ordered another cab!Love the RASS and could resist a cabinet of 50 at such an affordable price. The smokers smoke I have enjoyed a lot of good Cuban cigars in my time ranging from the obvious brands like Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta with one of my favorites being the Partagas brand. It takes a lot to beat the RyJ extra wide Churchill but Ramone Allones do it for me every time. The smoke is plentiful with a fragrant earthiness making it a perfect post lunch cigar, although I am happy to have this as a daily go too at anytime of the day.I have enjoyed a lot of good Cuban cigars in my time ranging from the obvious brands like Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta with one of my favorites being the Partagas brand.
