Smoking a Montecristo No. 5
The Montecristo No. 5 is covered in a chocolaty Colorado wrapper that contains tantalizing wood, chocolate, earth, and sweet spice aromas. The draw is firm yet free flowing, effortlessly bringing richly textured cocoa, pepper, leather, coffee, and nut flavors.
Touches of minerality work harmoniously with creamy nuances to bring balance and complexity to the medium-full smoke. The finish is thick and lively yet always smooth. Since the smoke is bold and petite, it is recommended to smoke slowly so as not to ramp up heat and bitterness.
Montecristo No. 5 Value
The Montecristo No. 5 represents one of the best values in the catalog of fine Cuban cigars. The convenient size and relatively affordable price combined with a boldly presented character for a thrilling little Cuban cigar adventure.
If you are searching for a smaller cigar that delivers big body and taste in under an hour, the Montecristo No. 5 is for you. Further enhancing the cigar's already outstanding value is the convenience of five 5-packs in a box. So, you can more easily be ready to enjoy your No. 5 cigars anytime or anywhere.
Montecristo No. 5 Experience
While larger Montecristo cigars like the Montecristo Edmundo or No. 2 might get all the glory, the Montecristo No. 5 is one little treasure that should not be ignored. Rich yet smooth and deeply satisfying, the Montecristo No. 5 is as dependable as they come.
Montecristo No. 5 cigars are great as an affordable, yet top-shelf everyday cigar or a change of pace complement to your favorite large format smokes. Enjoy with mid-morning espresso or as a companion to your favorite whiskey or rum when winding down the day.

Great for when you don’t have a ton of time These cigars are great for when you want a Montecristo but don’t have a lot of time to kill. You still get the great flavor and smoke but can fit one in when you can’t a larger cigar. I smoke this when im working outside. These cigars are great for when you want a Montecristo but don’t have a lot of time to kill. nice smoke this is a short smoke at 4 inches and 40 ring gauge its similar to the cohiba siglo 1. This is a little heavier than the montecristo no. 4, but its still a nice smoke. The only problem I've noticed with montecristo's is that they tend to be plugged quite a lot. Lucky for me i have a perfect draw tool so its not too much bother. never the less a nice smoke for 20-30 mins.this is a short smoke at 4 inches and 40 ring gauge its similar to the cohiba siglo 1.
